I’m looking to move to bigger companies to get more name recognition on my resume. Im currently doing tech consulting. Im looking at the big 4 + ACN. Can anyone recommend which firm I should target based on my criteria below (most to least important)
1. Growth Opportunities (promotions from within, defined career path, possibility of movement to different business segments)
2. Compensation
3. Name brand/recognition on resume
4. Healthy company culture

A question: When a managers say to you this work is of 8 hrs if you are taking 16 then it's your fault.
Aren't you the one hired me after checking my experience and all and giving compensation on that basis. If a person with same experience can work same amount of i do in 8 would he/she work on my compensation?

Hi folks, I have an offer from Deloitte and got selected for a similar role with another company.I haven't mentioned the new company till now as i have an offer with Deloitte ,however told already that there are some in pipeline .Should i mention to HR prior to the salary discussion that i have this offer in hand with package details or should i wait till they mention their budget in the HR discussion. Bain & Company Hey Fishes - I’m trying to move back from US to the gulf. KSA, UAE, or Qatar. Interviewed with a smallish consulting company but they decided my profile was more senior for the role. Applying online didn’t get me good salary.
