I’m looking to move to bigger companies to get more name recognition on my resume. Im currently doing tech consulting. Im looking at the big 4 + ACN. Can anyone recommend which firm I should target based on my criteria below (most to least important)

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Can recommend ACN, especially if you already have a tech background.
Personally I think Accenture has the best opportunity to move across our services; you’d be limited at a Big 4 without an accounting degree
I'm a D in Risk and I don't have an accounting dagree
Depends on your skills set. But can't really go wrong I think with any of the big 4. For cloud right now Deloitte is far ahead of the others according to Gartner. Plenty of opportunities here and room to grow.
One vote here for Accenture! Great growth opps, culture, and people. Have heard good things about EY’s WLB but would say most competitive and unhealthy culture is Deloitte. I’ve heard PwC salaries can be low but don’t know first hand and unsure of your level.
I’m new at AFS and was brought in on the bench. I have been applying and reaching out to both the AFS and LLP side. Had 1 promising role with LLP that fell through. And one that fell through with AFS (unsold). It’s been 2 month and I’m hoping to have the positive experience that you’ve had.
Easy - Accenture for tech.
Can comment on your list from my personal experience at Accenture:
1. Joined as an exp hire and got promoted to manager within 6 months
2. Competitive pay but probably lower than our peers. Strategy seems to be on par. Bonuses aren’t great.
3. Since joining last year I’ve interviewed with 5-6 companies, including competitors (big4 and boutique, and industry/ major tech players)
4. I’m very cynical about any corporate culture, but I have really enjoyed my time here. Very little things to complain about and leadership has been very available to me and supportive. I have turned down a couple offers in favor of staying.
5. Varies from project to project. I barely hit 40 hrs per week now lol
6. Very easygoing folks in my practice, but this too depends. On average pretty cool people
DM if you wanna chat more
Accenture for tech. Everything else is similar. But 4 to 6 is highly dependent on what project you get on at any of the large companies.
They’re all fairly similar. I’d say it mostly depends on your group. I’d probably say ACN is best for tech consulting though. And KPMG is generally the worst out of them. Aside from jokes on KPMG, my old manager was from KPMG and he said PwC was much better
If i have to choose from these 4 then Accenture is the one.. promotion &salary depends on your networking and negotiation skills.
If your focus is tech, Accenture
My sibling is a SWE and apparently all the consulting firms are a laughingstock to people in big/small tech... FWIW.
They get bonuses too. Sibling is also a SWE
But you should be content. Let just not act like Consulting is what it used to be.
