Hi folks, Pls help me understand, what makes Big4 so popular place to work?
Background: I joined Deloitte usi consulting last September, at a salary similar to other service based organisation, work culture is same, wlb is screwed. While I can handle work pressure, should I stay in Deloitte for atleast an year for its brand value or resign as I have a slightly better offer with 20% hike? Pls advise

Little different question - Let's say you have been offered a 45% salary hike in the new companies (both in K and P) when compared to your previous company. But K is giving you a position as Con.
