Please answer if you have worked for both and have significant first hand experience about the difference in WLB, annual hikes, work culture, any other observations.

I've got a job offer in australia for 120$ Aud. Pay is good but they reached out to me via LinkedIn now all interviews done. If i accept the offer they will start my visa process. But I couldn't find the company in Google or Glassdoor reviews. It's a new startup kind of consultancy with 10-15 PPL. I can only see few linkedin posts for that company.

Is it advisable to proceed? They're not asking any money from me they are sponsoring for visa. Is it safe

We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I have got an offer in Scotland for a salary of 51k pounds base (pre tax) . Wife cant find a job now as we are expecting a baby. I have always wanted international exposure so this seems good but is the salary too low? Am I going to downgrade moving from india to scotland?
