Got an offer from Huron to come in as a Partner and an offer from McKinsey to come in as an engagement manager. Salary is about the same and I'm struggling over which is better long term.

When does your firm let you know what your new year pay increase and bonus payment will be? Huron is end of Feb for communication and payout/back pay mid March.
