Hi Guys...
I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.
I have 70 days of Notice Period left.
Tech stack- python/ AWS/ data engineeringDeloitte

Not in the HC practice but overall company culture is great in my opinion and the main thing that keeps me tethered to the firm. Comp, sadly, is not really on par with rest of industry supposedly because WLB is the trade off (though during covid I've heard of colleagues pulling 70+ hr weeks).
It's full of amazing and smart people but if $$ is a high priority I'd say better opportunities are out there for that.
Thank you for the response!! I value my WLB over compensation, it's not a major need for me currently in my life and my lifestyle. I appreciate the lengthy response. I'll probably at the very least do the introductory call with them.
