I've worked at Huron for 15 years. I love my colleagues and I never thought I'd be in one job so long, but I can't imagine leaving.
Have definitely heard that from a handful of people I interviewed with and seen otherwise!

I like the people. WLB comes and goes. Good growth opportunities
The company is still growing and there are lots of ongoing changes. If you like a predictable and very structured way of operating - might not be a good fit. If you’re flexible, like creating and developing (when gaps exist) - it’s a great place. It really depends on your personality
Huron certainly has good culture, it’s usually comp that’s the issue but that doesn’t seem to be the case here
Its a little bit behind big 4, but you do work fewer hours so there is a tradeoff. I left mainly due to compensation reasons but I would not say it's uncompetitive
Pro
WLB at Huron is good for the most part, all depends on manager and project
Why are you leaving ankura?
Been there long enough, looking for change, too many friends/colleagues left and group is not winning business like it used to
If you're comfortable with it, could you share your comps offered at Huron and Teneo?
I applied for entry level positions for both firms here are what I get:
Huron digital consulting analyst: 75k + 8-12% bonus + 5k signing
Teneo private equity growth practice: 90k + 6% - 15% bonus, signing bonus not sure yet
Culture at Huron is keeping me here!
