Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

I have a two part question: 1) is it worth it to obtain an SHRM specialty credential if I don’t have the broader SHRM certification? 2) has anyone gotten the People Analytics or Talent Acquistion credential? Has anyone successfully made the career move from an HR specialization to an HRBP role? If so, how? I have been working for 7 years in a very niche HR specialization and while I wear many hats on the HR team, I feel like this is hard to express to recruiters or even get an interview for an HRBP role. My niche area has really burnt me out, as it’s very political and I want to expand my horizons. I am already working on completing my GPHR certification. Any other tips?

So I just started a new job in sales (B2B specifically). All my life I’ve been in blue collar jobs, military, then construction work ect. My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

According to an article in LinkedIn new job postings are down for the first time in 9 months but still there over 10 million open jobs with only 5.9 million unemployed workers. Why is it that here I am unemployed over 4 months and still not one offer. Anyone got some positive vibes to send my way it would be appreciated! I’ve been in sales for over 20 years, b2c, b2b and account management as well as sales management. I’ve got great skills and enthusiasm to give to a great employer!

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Is this cert worth it? Or should I try one of the more advanced ones ? The data analytics one for example but wasn’t sure if it would be difficult to get through as a beginner.
