Today My RL informed me about the numbers. I have been promoted from A to SA. I got a hike percentage of 40 and Bonus of 90k.
Would like to know about the Bonus part.. Looking at my current salary, 90k is somewhere around 1/17th part of my revised CTC.
What is general hike percentage for Appraisal and Promotion from A to SA
Generally how much Bonus everyone would get in Big 4 companies?

Seeking some guidance from people in similar situation as me. I have a BA (no masters) and joined my firm as staff 1. Currently completing my 4th year at a big4 and going into my 5th. Under normal progression after my 5th year is when I make manager. However my law firm is telling me that to file eb-2 gc, I cannot accept the manager promotion right after my 5th year is done, and based on the timeline I have to stay at the senior rank for another whole year? Would be great if people from various companies can provide the percentage of hike they got in their CTCs on promotion during the financial year starting Apr 2022. I am mostly interested to know these details from the folks based out of India.

Been working at EY for almost an year as a consultant 2. My exp-> IT Industry(3yrs)+MBA(2yrs)+Consulting(1yr). Now I planning to switch to another big 4 with 55% hike but getting a consultant position only. Is there a chance of getting early promotion here (like in a year or so) if performance remains good? Hi all - I need your help. I am currently a senior in Deloitte’s audit practice, and by the end of May 2022 I will be promoted to Manager. Deloitte filed for my PERM in early December when I was clearly a senior, so I am expecting a decision on PERM by late May/June. Does my promotion to Manager in any way slow my GC process down? Will I need to restart perm application from PWD stage again or something?
