I joined PwC AC Bangalore last year in August. I was interviewed for SA2 role but as my experience was less than 4 years, the HR told me that for now we will be putting you on A2 role and in the promotion cycle, you'll be promoted to either SA2 or Manager role depending on the performance. I am an engineer+MBA from t2 college with >4 yoe now. I am working as a BA in Salesforce practice. Is there any way to validate if I'll be getting promoted in this promotion cycle?

Is there really that big of difference in recruiting between USC and UCLA MBA? I checked MBB target schools and only one recruits at USC whereas all 3 recruit from UCLA. I would have thought it would have been about the same. Thoughts from MBB/B4/Tier 2 consulting?

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry.
