Deloitte Folks: I worked for 3.5 years in GPS Human Capital as an SC. Left during my promotion year for a M at PwC (commercial). Then left for a HR role at a major Financial Services company. Deloitte commercial HCAAS wants to interview me for an SC role. Would this be a step down considering I’d be coming back at my old level after being a team lead in industry and a year as Mgr at PwC? Or should I push for a M level at D?

It’s Friday night at midnight and I just got out of work. I am new to FPP defense. So far it’s soul crushing. I feel like a robot just doing the same pattern pleadings and discovery over and over. If I try to be creative or ask questions I get the response that I should not recreate the wheel… basically just cut and paste. My brain feels like it’s going to rot doing this work. Does it get better or do I need to plan my exit to a different field ASAP?
