Hello Fishes 🐟🎏
I am rigorously looking for a job from past few months and tried applying many opportunities i came across, but everywhere I receive is Rejection or No response at all. I am not sure what needs to be added to my profile to get more attention or is it really something because of my Notice period which is 90 days at HCL.

I would push for an M role. It doesn’t make sense to come back as an SC.
100% push for Manager. That would be a dealbreaker for me tbh.
Keeping in mind performance expectations.
Definitely push for M. You’ll regret going back as an SC.
How would that not be considered a step down? Do not be an SC again unless it's stupid money
Agree. You should come back as an M
Agree w all the other responses haha would not consider Deloitte SC if I were you
Thanks all! I’m not sure why the recruiter is putting me forward as an SC. I’ve sent him an email asking to be considered for M. He says we can chat about that. Do they always low level hires?
You don’t get what you don’t ask for. I would say thank you so much for considering me, given my current experience and title I would be open to conversations about a manager level position. I really enjoyed our conversation and look forward to connecting if something at the level opens - or however you want to phrase it to get what you want. Hold your ground it is a candidate driven market out there and you don’t want future employers to ask why you went back at the same/lower level. Unless you’re dying for the job, I would stand your ground. (Another option is go through the process, make them love you then say after some consideration you would only take the job at a manager level)
What exactly is the role? Not sure on the strategy of HCaaS
