Hello fishes,

I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Is it norm in Tech Mahindra?

Received an offer letter with joining date of a week from a date of offer release. No discussion about my joining date previously, though they knew my notice period is 2 months. Now, when asked HR about revising offer letter with updated DOJ he says, first give me LWD Letter. How can I resign before I actually get confirmation of DOJ?
Please suggest. Should I resign and wait for them to send me offer?
