What agencies are hiring financial analyst

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?

Just finishing my first week in as an audit intern and genuinely I have no idea what I'm doing or even a general idea of the audit process. The senior associate left the engagement last week so it's just me and an associate, and they don't have time to give me instruction.

Am I stupid or did the e-learns not prepare me for any of this? The training told me I'd be auditing cash but I haven't even touched a bank reconciliation.

Tech company lay offs….are they soon to be inevitable?!

There is lots of companies really taking a hit in the tech space. Is this something that people are nervous about? Many seem to still be having a hiring push but with the button falling (IMO this is still just start we have a long way to go to bottom out) will that halt and layoffs ensue? And if so, which depts do you think will get hit the hardest?

How do you hire for a role that fluctuates? I currently am the designer + support specialist @ my job. Sometimes support takes up all my time and design projects get pushed back. Well, I was the one who broke it off. I couldn’t get him to love me the way I needed or even respect me enough. It’s been 6 weeks of not seeing each other. We messaged this week. He doesn’t get it….
