Yes
Take it and dont look back
Yes! The “step back” in title isn’t meant to be a downgrade; gives you a chance to crush it and develop a strong internal network like your peers
All good!
I was a manager and moved to associate at mck (which I think is consultant level at bcg). I can’t speak for bcg but if MBB is all
Like this it’s completely different and the learning pace people are all unmatched. I’d do it

I think almost all Senior Associates are promoted to Consultant within 1 year.
You should definitely take the role. You’ll be looking at a $45k bump in base pay within 1 year.
Pay is not the driver here. S& pays more at the post MBA level than BCG. But it’s still the right move.
How’d did you go about this process?
Looking to do the same, congrats on offer. Long-term prospects will be better with BCG, and you’ll have more opportunities to advance from what I’ve heard.
Only if Strategy& is going nowhere
I was in same position and I did!
Oh yesssss
Definitely.
I took it because of the differences in model and type of work. The network it provides also is a substantial bump.

You should definitely take this
As an associate it’s a no brainer.
