Was interviewing for a dream job before COVID, but it was put on hold the week nyc shut down. Should I give up on the job, or will some agencies be able to hire once this ends?

Are there any agencies where creatives actually have good work-life balance in LA, SF or anywhere else for that matter? Like no weekends or no working more than a 40-50hr week? Or do I have to go in house for this? Or do I have to leave advertising altogether?
