10 year salary challenge ...

I’m located in WA and have been working as a certified medical assistant and front office specialist for the same organization and have 10-11 years experience. I graduated with my BS in Healthcare Management last September and I’m currently fast tracking my MBA in Healthcare Management. I have been applying for leadership roles over the last year and haven’t made any headway. I’m looking for some advice on actually moving into a role utilizing my degree.I currently make $25.80, with a raise soon

What are the pros and cons for working at your consulting firm? (salary, benefits, culture, growth opportunities, international projects , etc). Trying to figure out where I might want to go next.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.
