What is fixed CTC at Amazon/Microsoft for SDE2
Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

Hello Guys,
I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Don’t ever forget SFDC’s ESPP as well as their 5k 401k match. Deloitte doesn’t have an ESPP and last I checked they only match 1.5% for 401k. These things matter as well.
The 50k is across 4 years? Or 50k each year?
50k for 4 years
Option 2 is better compared to the work pressure for SMs at Deloitte.
True
Sr. PA is level 8 I believe, so 205k is actually really good. The RSU is ok, can maybe squeeze a little more. Non engineering roles get a fraction of the RSUs that engineers get
Yes I squeezed but wanted to get a strong base esp for the bay area. Thanks for inputs.
Yeah take the salesforce role. Way less stress.
Yep agree, you got a good base RSU you can get more later if you perform well.
Salesforce anytime!
Why not interview with us?
But among your options on the table, I would choose Salesforce.
I am already confused with 2 options at hand :P lol
but for sure would seek your reference for Accenture in the future. Thanks for the kind gesture to refer me... :)
Why not just transfer over to PWC US? Shoot me a DM
Plenty of thoughts. With your experience PwC US Salesforce would be comparable. Will send you a DM
