Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. No, don’t think you’re too old for MSc or MBA. Until 33 or so it’s safe in Europe. Lots of people did same in 08-10, if you’ve saved some money, that’s not a shit strategy.
Did MSc in London 09-10.

I’m 26yo too. Started as a New Analyst straight from uni this June. I see it this way, when I’m 30 I will have 4 years of experience and at least the two degrees I have already. If you have some experience you are good to go for an MBA of Msc Finance. Let alone apply to top tier graduate schemes, go for it!!
