May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Exec mba in 2-4 years sounds perfect for you.
Exec MBA don't need an MBA. Also look at Yale too.
Asian male is the new white male - you will need to have exceptional stats (GPA and ECs) and a great story to get admitted to top programs who are way over quota for your race and gender combo
Emba makes most sense unless you’re looking to pivot into a completely different function (eg banking or consulting) that requires an mba for pivot.
You should look at the VCs’ websites and look at the jobs/careers portal. A lot of them typically post their portfolio companies’ openings. Alternatively, Angelist or LinkedIn works too. Good luck.
Literally nobody needs an MBA. If the stars align and you have the opportunity to go to a top MBA program- do it. I went into mine with TC >200k and I found that was more common than you might think.
How are you already a Staff PM at 26 already? What would your promotion be to?
Up for senior manager of product next year and director 2 years after (dependent on performance)
I’m a bit young for my age group as well. Most people in my graduating class are 27. And I got lucky to get this position. The HM was desperate to fill the role and I was just a solid option.
What sort of work do you do at the payment firm?
Standard product work - ideation, development, pricing, marketing, customer pitches, some client support.
I'd talk to your coworkers and see what they think
Thanks for this. A lot of my peers are a mixed bag. Some loved it and some hate the student loans. I don’t think I’ll get a good answer from leadership since they all tell me it’s not necessary because they want to retain me. Exec might be the path
Maybe ask your company to sponsor your undergrad if you’re not opposed to returning to the same company? You already make about or more than most of the top schools’ starting salaries.
Unfortunately they already said no to sponsorship as a policy. I think if I go I would try to land a better offer anyway.
Coach
Check if your org will sponsor it.
I am making similar to you and pursuing my mba because it's sponsored, I'm burnt out, and I want to grow my network beyond just consulting
Coach
Thank you!
Then it's a super tough descion. Tuition, foregone salary, relocation /living costs for two years really adds up.
Don't know if I would do it unless I had a very specific goal that mba would help me achieve
