29 y/o Testing waters in job market for Designer II positions in Philadelphia. My compensation since finishing M.Arch (2021) and spanning 2 positions has went $59k, 65k, & now have and offer of $68k at a med/large firm with multiple practice areas. I’m curious what’s the highest anyone is getting anyone is getting unlicensed w/ 5-6 yrs experience? Am I already at the best case scenario and is it likely not worth creating the perception of bouncing around too many firms for slight raises?
