The journey:
I got most of the calls from Naukri, few referrals and direct applications. First 2 months I gave interviews like crazy. I gave even 7 interviews in a single day. Last month I collected the offers arranged meetings with project (to get insight of the technologies) and negotiated, took revised letters.
I received the latest revised letter on my Last working day at 9:30pm. Because, of last moment negotiations. It was crazy, hectic, exhausting but profitable. 😊
Hmm ...i collected 12 offers in 2 months np and joined on 30lpa in a good product based . My yoe :- 6.5

Same for me, When i tell holding an offer of this much and Expecting more than this, then HR simply says this is out of budget

Bhai ka notice period halka tha it seems.... Mera to notice period me manager jeena mushkil kar diya tha... Intentionally he was giving excess workload... Itna work pressure tha... Hardly managed to attend few interviews... Interview deneka mann hi nhi karta tha 😅

I don't know what will these managers get, anyway employee is going right? if you make someone's life hell for 3 months in notice period what do you think you are going to get with this.
They are probably the most frustrated person, don't worry guys, you are only going to become tougher for your future and thats a good thing.
Always treat nice to these frustrated managers, help them they are not well.
Suggestion :
Don't go for more offer .. go for 1-2 offer but it must be Most competitive. I recieved one offer of 30 LPA fixed and other 26+2.5+2 in 3 Yeara of experience 😊..
In 5.8 Yeara U must have min 45-50 LPA bro.. ✅

How is your company for a 3+ yr experienced person?
Each time I see this post I feel disgusting. I mean people giving 40/50/70 interviews taking 10/15 offers and joining 1. I understand that you want the best out for you but I do not get this point.
- You interview with company A
- You interview with company B
- Renegotiate with A and B both as you have now C,D,E,F joining the race
- Renegotiate with A, E, F as you have G,H,I joining the race
- Renegotiate with A,F,I as you have more offers now
- Finally join X
- You never intended to join B,C,D etc, because of whatever reason, why can't you be a little professional and don't accept offers from those companies and respect each other's time and efforts

Hi, I am in the same situtaion. about to complete 1 out of 3 months of my notice period. holding 5 offers but the DOJ on all is oct end however my lwd is 29 nov. Don't know what to do at this instance. I had to quote an early date because noone was taking my interview seeing 3 months np. yoe-5.2 years max offer-18lpa current ctc-10.26lpa
Its very hard to get first offer or to get interview scheduled. Companies like eny will reject u fr notice period even after best rating in technical interview. From my experience, if u have 3 months np target companies like tcs, infy, techm and accenture who accept profiles with 3 month np and after getting offer feom these you can get calls frm other companies easily.

@author, did u had project exposure hands on in all the 3 skills (java, angular and AWS) or upskilled by yourself ?? I'm 4 yrs exp but not much project work exposure in any much in demand skills... Can upskilling help me (with my local environment hands on) ?

Difficult but very much possible. Try to take up a course, follow along with the instructor and do hands on.
I had real exposure though, thanks to HCL. I also took some courses.
