This is my first switch and have two offers in hand as a java developer Capgemini and Mindtree Same CTC and same domain.
Which one is better?
Also for Mindtree - Project will be allocated after I join and I have been hearing that involuntary exits are happening to employees who don't get allocated in a project in 3 chances.
Fishes, want your opinion on this.
When you delegate tasks to your colleagues.

Haha! I feel the same way, what about you guys?🙈

Oh now I know why they don't want to consider people with 90 days NP . Well done man and congratulations for your new job 👍
But still company is not learning from mistakes
Many companies still keeping 90 days NP
Nice collection, but they might blacklist you if you turn down them, but it can be overcome by using new mail id next time
Pro
Exactly 😂😂
Some would block you and some would still wanna be friends 😜😜
Well well, Congratulations and All The Best. Really inspiring!!! So I guess EPAM won the race ?
Congratulations...but at the end each company has your PAN details as they gave you an offer..be prepared for a nice excuse while applying next time😌
I don't think so 😂
You were underpaid that's why they offered you 25LPA.
Yeah, it is like my story.🙁
3YOE with 3LPA
How much JPMC has offered and for which location. I am in similar situation as you having 5.6 years in development with 9.8 pkg. JPMC doesnot seens to negotiate.

And people here thinks that it's a hassle for the company if someone shops offer. They leave no choice.
How to negotiate on first offer? ( NP: 90 DAYS)
Chief
Generally for the first offer you will be given a basic 30-40% hike. Don't negotiate much, just accept it and put your papers. You will get better offers as you close in on your notice period
Man, you nailed it. Inspiring :)
Chief
Thanks, means a lot. 😊

Congratulations
Congrats! If you don't mind can you tell me what package EPAM is giving you?
I am also going to join there
Well I am sure it would be IBM they are giving 2lac joining bonus
Did you rejected all the offers on day 1 , Or rejected after accepting the offer. What did you told the HR about rejection
Chief
I rejected on phases. So, it was not a game for me, who are thinking I have just collected them.
My preferred location was Kolkata.
Cognizant offered 15.45 in Kolkata (1st offer so took it)
Edifixio Kolkata (17) (2nd offer , with higher ctc so took it)
OpenText (21+1) Bangalore (Significant CTC with good brand so took it)
That's how it went. A search of better offer step by step. Also, there were some offers which were in pipeline in parallel. So, it's not easy to reject beforehand. I didn't even appear for the interviews which I thought not worthy.
My target factors were Location, CTC, Brand & Technology.
Congratulations
But they accept the NP of 90ndays ?? Or do you negotiate ?
Which company did you join?
Record breaker
OP, I really want to know how you negotiated after you got first offer. Usually after first offer u must have told to anyone calling that you serving notice period. That means you must have an offer, can you explain how you started negotiation from 2nd company onwards, what were the polite tactics u used to handle this. Thanks
Get an offer
Resign
New company calls, tell them that you are in notice period. Now they will ask why are you looking for othr opportunities when you already have an offer. Just give them a valid reason : good work profile, good company position etc. (Whatever you feel is appropriate. Try to refrain from mentioning higher salary as the first requirement).
Now if the insist that they will match your existing offer, then it it upto you which company to join. If they lowball you, be polite and tell them you wont bw able to accept it because its below the offer in hand.
If they give a raise on the inhand offee, accept it, and start negotiating with the next new company.
Dont tell the companies how many offers you hold. Just tell them the highest one you hold.
All the best!
