3 weeks into a new role. Basically accepted a level up, a promotion and higher pay at a new company. Onboarding is going OK and my team is great. Started off feeling very overwhelmed but each week since it's been getting better. I'm taking over a lot of work from the departing person, so it's a lot to learn all the workflows, processes, details, etc. Is it still normal to feel about 50% of the way there three weeks in? Or am I just dumb as shit? I've always been a slower learner than others
