35M I’ve been a nurse in Boston for about 10 years. I’d like to get away from the bedside and move into pharmaceutical/ device/ or tech sales (I’m sure I’d look more valuable in the former two. Of note I did do two years with a device company (1 year as a clinical specialist and 1 year as a territory manager) but I traveled 3 nights per week and the wife and I wanted to start a family. Any great companies with more remote sales/ smaller territories with good earning potential? Thanks

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
