Seems like it can be a bit tight. Can you afford this if the units are vacant or have cash set aside for reserves/repairs? 1500 each for the other two units? Or total
Sounds like this is NYC metro area - Be sure you're building in with buffer on repairs and maintenance and property tax reassessment, feel good about trajectory of the neighborhood for price appreciation and rent hikes, and ability to screen tenants. Otherwise, it's definitely doable
