I am EOR on a number of structures in development, I manage EITs and Drafters (within projects; I'm not a supervisor), and am doing a lot in general. I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?

One of our older employees is constantly failing IT's phishing tests. We've given her several warnings and we're now at a point where she will have to face some type of consequence (up to HR). My thing is, she is older and isn't as tech-savvy. What do you do for winter shoes and commuting?

Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there. Everyday was a struggle and tried to keep myself small so no one would find out I was a "fraud." Looking back on it now, wiser and more experienced, I realized how detrimental feeling that way

I recently got 2 offers for this summer as Intern.
One from Rio Tinto ( Mining Company here in Canada) (27,65$/hr) and i ll have to move closer of the site, (then i will pay appromatively 300$/month just for the rent) which is not included in the contract.

Has anyone heard of any pivots for a chartered accountant besides audit/finance? As part of my consulting role it was in my contract to complete the icaew chartered accountancy degree. Currently working in internal audit and not set on continuing. UK based at the moment.

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!
