Tsystems is giving 15 LPA for senior SW engineer ( devops role only)
and Velotio is giving 16 LPA. Both fixed

Tsystems definitely has better WLB as i heard but i want to know the community opinion. Already rejected a 17.5 as it has bad work culture.
Ive worked on small, fast paced companies till now and wanna chill a bit maybe till marriage etc.

I already negotiated once with T-systems, i dont think i can do that again!

I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
This is starting to feel like a closed loop. Any ideas are appreciated.

I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?

Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
