Job-Hunting reach-out to VC from previous fundraising effort for own startup
I have e-mail archive from 1y ago of my reach-out to 65 VCs in London: we had video calls, they might remember me still, who knows.
I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?
Or shall I just start new email thread and mention how I know them?

SBA can be under a year time in grade, so you wouldn’t be in that role for long
With 6 years I wouldn’t take SBA but if you perform you can make associate in 6 months-1 year
SBA: 110k base, 15-25% bonus
Associate: 145k base (I think), 20-30% bonus (I think)
Is there anything beyond base and bonus!

You may ask if you think you've killed all the interviews but there's little chance they will change their mind. You might be better in the long run to come in as an SBA. Associates are typically expected to be fast, efficient and autonomous at a very fast pace. You think you may be able to cut it but expectations on performance are very high. I wouldn't risk it.
