Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture.We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior.The managers are expecting me to join all the calls.No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

No, I don’t personally think 7 years is enough experience to be a CD. Unless you’re working at a real dump.
Depends entirely on the type of experience they’ve have. I’ve definitely seen 7 year ACDs. Some of them were great. Some weren’t ready yet.
Sr is fine for that amount of time. Best advice i got was don’t worry about titles. worry about the work and opportunities. the titles will come.
It really depends on the quality of your work, your skills, and your leadership ability. I’ve seen Seniors with 15 years of experience who never want to lead/manage people and still love doing the work.
A Sr AD that’s close to being promoted or ACD. Too few for a CD IMO.

Really depends but ACD seems justified and in some cases, even CD.
Are you potentially a good manager of others? Do you have those skills? If not, and your supervisors know this, you could be a senior AD for the foreseeable future.
Start counseling and supporting others. When the need arises, you will be the logical choice.
I don't believe that is enough time for those roles. I would expect more 10-12 years. Keep in mind, you're going up guys like me with 20 years experience.
There are many factors that go into if someone is ready to be a CD, and there are different types of CDs, so it’s not possible to provide advice based only on the amount of years someone has been in the industry. It depends on the person’s experience, talent, skill sets, personality, managerial abilities, and leadership qualities. It also depends on what type of agency or organization the position is for. Is it a small business or a large one? Does it have a regional, national, or global reach? How large is the team you would be leading? What type of clients and accounts would you be responsible for, and what type of projects would those accounts include? Depending on what the answers are to those questions, it could take 7 years or it could take 10, and some people aren’t able to make the transition to CD because of the different types of responsibilities it requires.
Time alone isn’t a good justification of where you should be. Time and success in your job is.
Success as a creative doesn’t always translate to success as a cd, at least in my experience.
