A few days ago I asked for some advice about not having any luck finding work. I've had 4 interviews, made it past round 3 on 3 however not offered a job. I was hoping I could get some feed back on my resume and cover letter. A bit of back story stopped working in 2020 due to health issues, pandemic hit and moved cross country & decided to focus on raising my children. During that time I pursued an entrepreneurship opportunity. Please see below. This only allows so many characters. 🥴😵‍💫

I’m trying to fix up my resume to apply to other companies. It’s my first resume fix since college so I’m trying to see what to include/ take out.
1) Do I keep my internships? My leadership experiences in college?
2) How do I organize my engagement experiences - All combined bullets or separated by client?
3) How about my internal efforts? (I did 3 internal projects within the firm)
4) Education on top or bottom?

I will have next week the second interview with an exec recruiter for a company for a Director level position reporting to the COO of the company.
