A "Flexible Compensation Plan (FCP)" is mentioned in my offer letter. Will HRA be covered in this?
There is no separate component of HRA in my offer letter. Can anyone share insights on this pls, if you are aware of it?

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.
