A small boutique consulting company approached me. They will start my green card right away. Deloitte process should kick in August.

Am I better off waiting for Deloitte to do it given their brand name? I hear these stories about Deloitte taking forever to finish the process and I want to get it as soon as possible.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
