I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

United has a very good international network. AA is hit or miss, they have some ugly ass planes #old #veryoldplanes
Tossup from Chicago, yes. Just trying to weigh the pros and cons of each program
Of your original flight (AA has to be writhing same calendar day), if you're stuck in economy the snack boxes are better and free either way, can get free lounge access without a credit card (Copa match, look it up - you're welcome), what other comparisons would weigh one more heavily than the other?

Where do you live?
Chicago
Seems a toss up to me from Chicago.
I would pick United and go for Global Services. Separate security entrance at T1 and great mileage redemption options internationally.
#aasucks and its run by a bunch of #aassholes. #neveraa #ihateaa
*A is a bit stronger than oneworld. AA is working through some operational kinks from the merger but that'll be temporary. AA's SWUs are strong but suspect those will only get you to Premium Economy from coach in the future (the new 787-9 has these seats but aren't yet being sold as Premium Economy - they are the same seats that are in First on the refurbed A319).
United better by a smidge, and often by a lot on a good day. Global Services is awesome, but hard to come by. I'd say go for United. Million mile perk is nice -- Gold for life for you and your spouse.
