Not strategy. Management consulting. New to consulting but 4 years experience in similar, kind of an internal client facing role.
HR,Design Org Design, Training and Change Management are the most common areas I think.
T&O is the old name for the human capital business practice
T&O being talent and organization. I truthfully don't even know why this role is. Is it client facing?
@OP yes it will likely be client facing at a level 9. Is it strategy? How many years exp/ what's their background? I'd put in at least 105k
@OP I'd put no less than 95...You don't want to be a level 9 in the 80's and have these Sr. Analysts out here stunting on you 😂.
@P1 Level 9 will dang near guarantee you get some client time. Analysts are iffy with client facing. I was at ACN for a bit in MC for the record.
On the hiring end
Level 9 starts around 90k I believe, he could get more if he has experience
Depends on where she is hoping to be based out of - I made 105 as a first year consultant in t&o in San Francisco
Just write "negotiable" instead of putting a number
What is level 9? And what do you mean client facing? Do you need to be a certain level before you can speak to the client @ ACN?
Y'all, no one gives a flying fuck what you put in that box....
I I would go with 90 myself
Thanks guys! I told him 90k too. As for the client facing thing, I was asking just to double check it wasn't an internal role.
Anyone wanna expand on the type of work for TO? A3 can you? Sounds change managementy.
How are you guys questioning client-facing in consulting. I can't even right now. This guy will be on a client project
@C1 everyone in the consulting industry doesn't actually engage the client , lol.
I do change management work
