I was in the final stages of an interview with Microsoft two weeks ago, in partner marketing. Then the recruiter told me they were putting the hiring process on hold to assess the need for the role. Well, then we heard about Microsoft layoffs last week. Seems like most were in Xbox and Project Alpha but there’s not a lot of information out there. Should I hold out any hope that I’m going to get this job? Any insights on how much these layoffs have impacted the marketing org and/or new hiring?

Sounds like you should be fine but knowing how paranoid I’ve been in this situation, I would still exercise a lot and drink tons of water until a day or so before the test just to keep clearing it out.

OP, i recommend a full body hair wax - head to toe. Make sure you do not have a single hair that they can find anywhere on the body.
Getting caught in a coverup would be way worse than failing the test. Don’t do it Good luck, Oh Pee.

OP if you passed the CVS drug test twice why are you so paranoid about the client drug screening, to the point that you’d consider buying someone else’s pee?

OP, as for watching, they won't for a normal testing place, maybe for probation or high level govt clearance.
Hard part about sneaking it in is they tell you to empty your pockets, but don't check so it's sort of honor system or so as long as your clothes are baggy thats okay.
The other thing is the temp has to be within a few degrees of body temp. So you could put it in tight underwear or under armpit but even then the temp won't be high enough so you need a heating pad and thermometer.

OP, go to Anylabtestnow location and get the gas chromatography test where the cutoff is lower, about 15 ng/mL compared to the home test's 50ng/mL. Or read the fine print on your test and maybe they'll let you mail it in for confirmation
No one will be watching and they may or may not ask you to empty your pockets , better wear boxer briefs , and keep the pouch of pee in there... I mean all you should be worried about is the temperature... #afriend has done this multiple times on multiple clients... there are thermal pouches which keep it warm.. and you gotta get a thermometer and a heating pad preprogrammed to a certain level ... keep it in the car and put in your undies at the last moment .. i
