3 to 5% if you rate well
Depends on the country and career track. In some geographies your cost to company on your offer is the ceiling. You get certain base pay out of it and the remainder is for you to chase through performance. Technically that is "variable pay" and not really a bonus. But just want to clarify since the term is often used interchangeably.
IBP on the other hand is over and above your offer. In all my years I have seen it from 3% to 14%. This bonus is paid annually and this is over and above annual base pay increase. I have never seen annual base pay increase lower than 3.5%. So in a typical year you can expect a minimum of about 5-6% more than offered initially.
For M+ levels, there is another bonus called Global annual bonus, but they essentially split IBP into IBP and GAB. The idea is that as you grow senior your performance increasingly ties to company performance than individual performance. Not a fan but it is what it is.
I have been with Accenture for 12 years.
I’ve never had below 5% IPB including non-promote years but at the more junior level it may be lower. Biggest factor to consider in your offer is where you sit: C&M is consulting, CDO is not.
CDO does get IBP but the amount depends on your level and practice
Depends on your category and your level and will vary from practice to practice.
What level are you coming in at? IPB is a low percentage but GAB (level 7 and above) can push your eligible bonus percentage a lot higher
Is it correct to say that ACN bonus is two parts at M+ level: GAB and IPB? What is the overall bonus %?
How is it paid out ? In lump sum or incrementally?
FYE is 8/31 which is what drives bonus (so yours would be prorated first year)
