Currently I am working as a automation tester and have 4.3 yrs of exp in globant. But due to return to office, I resigned from globant. I have few offers from telus(permanent WFH), Zs associates (WFO), Hughes Systique(WFO).

About to get about $10k from freelance. I have a full time job so my bills are already covered. Unsure how to split the $10k - got about $3k on credit cards to pay off, but no other debt. I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed?
