TS&A here. A skills interview could mean a multitude of things. Really, there’s not going to be a lot you can prep for unless the role applied is a specific technology or skill set. If it was for a specific tech or skill set, you should already know what questions you’ll be asked. In general, cramming knowledge for a tech advisory interview isn’t gonna work - you either have it or don’t have it. If you have other questions, ask away.

It depends on the role in the practice that you were joining. For our practice that means that you would likely have an interview with someone like me who has done the same type of work. We will likely give you a series of scenarios and ask you to talk through how you approached the scenario on past projects or how you’d creat an approach. If it’s a technical skills interview we’d likely give you a technical problem and ask you how you’d solution for it at a high level.
