This policy was changed this year - let’s be VERY clear, you WILL NOT receive a bonus if you quit before the bonus is paid out (i.e. late November / early December)
It is very clearly stated in the policy (which was changed in late 2020 / early 2021). So essentially you have to be employed by Accenture on the date the bonus is paid out to receive it.
Read your contract and the latest policies.
I had read that the new required stay date is end of October. I’d check for the updated policy to ensure you’re not banking on getting something that’s not going to come.

Thanks for the response. They are varied. But that did make me look for the related policy. It says that you have to be an employee on the bonus payout date. So not sure how some people here were able to get the bonus if they quit before that.

Eligible, yes. Likely to get one. Probably not. There is little reason to reward a former employee.
Negotiate with your new employer for the difference.
Just make sure you tender resignation AFTER the performance discussions. I tendered on Sept 30th and received one.

Yes. I resigned mid-Sep and was surprised with a bonus late-Nov. I did receive good feedback before leaving and was performing well in my role.
Maybe they changed their policy but I did receive mine and know of others who resigned around the same time who also received bonuses.
That’s correct .. I just checked. That’s going to mean a change of plans as heard from the grapevine that our bonuses are going to be generally better than usual this year due to our performance
