Looking for feedback for a Project Management Platform for SMBs, freelancers and Founders
Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

A11 don't be greedy. 110 for 3 years in tech is pretty good haha
It's how it has always been with ACN. Analysts below you probably make the same you are making if not more because they always increase the starting salary each year but don't always give everyone that same raise. That's why if you stay for a long time you are probably being paid under market value
ACN15, any tips on moving from ACN SI to BAH MC?
@OP: Couldn't find the reference on either of Wall Street oasis or management consulted... Post exact link or it didn't happen
@ACN1. MD support, i used the Military ERG to get mine. Get on an MC role for a few months. bug the shit out of your CC and TFS to make it known what you want. Network your ass off. Took me 1.5 years to make the transition happen. You wont make MC money till you get promoted to consultant, but having MC on your resume is what helped me leave before i got promoted
Where can we check if our cities are tier 1, 2, or 3?
Not really..NYC was $47 per diem for forever. Same as Chicago. And they both had diff starting salaries.
Started in 2015 in SF and was making 10k more than friend in my start group based in Chi. Have also heard from CC they are looking at readjusting everyone (they see fit to)based on living expenses this year. I'm TC CMT for reference.
Best way to get a market adjustment..,show them a competing offer.
This post honestly made me angry. Gonna work on my resume this week and get a few feelers out there.
I heard that raises are going to try and close the salary bands. Therefore some may get a smaller raise simply because they're already at the top of the band
Wait wtf seriously? So can we all expect market adjustments then come year end or what...
Is that just strategy? Pretty sure it was adjusted to 75 base not 85. Senior analyst is closer to 90...
They did bump everyone above them also... They bumped all level of strat pretty significantly
A6 yes
I was looking on wallstreetoasis and managementconsulted.com. On Oasis a guy in the MCPD program got offered 85k and I confirmed in on mc.com. Not giving false info here.
Are they strat? Strat folks make significantly higher
Could you post the actual link, @OP?
@A10 that's three years at level. Left a $105k manager job at niche firm to be in TC a year ago.
A11 ah it sounded like u had 3 years total... Yea I came in with 4 years total work exp with more but have a masters
