Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
Does ZS give promotion to expectant mothers or employees on maternity leaves.
Really looking forward to hear hoesnt answers from women in ZS if they faced any challenge in their career after revealing that they are about to go on maternity leave/ on maternity leave. Every felt pressurized to prove your worth or got bad projects after resuming office ZS Associates

Which has a better safety rating?
It looks like their safety ratings are very comparable, from what I've been able to glean.
We used to have a Kia. i would say as long as you take care of it then it will last. But they do cost less for a reason. If you are purchasing, you will definitely get a better return from a Toyota
Are you buying or leasing? If you are buying I would go with Toyota - much better car and will give you less issues down the road. Leasing - go with the one you like more (sounds like Kia?).
I have to say that I’ve been very impressed with our Kia (sonata). We used to have a Honda odyssey which I loved for so many reasons when my 3 kids were small. The only downside was that it wasn’t AWD so I felt limited with it when the weather was bad. We ended up renting some small Kia as our minivan was aging out and I was surprised by how well it handled so we bought the sonata for a 2nd car. I had just never considered the brand before. I don’t know much about the Kia Carnival but have found the overall vehicle performance to be great plus any service/dealership interactions to be fabulous…
You can’t go wrong with a minivan for the ease that it offers a family
Woops, meant sorrento!
1 - how long do you plan to keep it?
2 - do you live somewhere that you actually need AWD? (Crazy rain or snow?)
3 - do you drive a lot?
IF I planned to keep it more than 8yrs, needed the AWD, or put more than 15k miles a year, I’d pay the higher price for the Toyota. Otherwise I’d go for the Kia.
If you’re planning to move to the Seattle area, one million trillion times get the Toyota Sienna. Having at least one car that is AWD is essential. Plus the outdooor package with rubber mats takes it to the next level in such a wet climate. In the PNW, I get compliments on my sienna all the time, they are literally “cool” cars here because of the utility. Not that the cool factor should sway you necessarily…
I love my Kia Carnival. It doesn’t feel like a minivan and has the bells and whistles I was looking for. I felt that the Toyota Sienna screamed mini van - and that, coupled with the additional expense, made it less appealing to me.
How long do you keep cars? You see Toyotas for sale with 200,000 miles in them. You don’t see Kia’s over 100k. You know why? The engine’s die. We recently bought a used third car (an Odyssey) and our long time trusted mechanic refused to look at the Kia we asked him about. My husband pulled up, he saw it and said, what are you doing? You keep your cars forever! This thing will need a rebuilt engine before 100k because the valves will lift. I can take your $100 now but I can tell you it doesn’t matter because at 90k, you will regret it.
