The HR had shared a generic JD for Salesforce Developer with the interview schedule email. I called the recruiter to reconfirm that the interview was for Sales position.

In my interview the panel asked me support related questions, Salesforce limitation, present bugs in the Salesforce and Business Process Implementation. There were zero sales related questions.

A warning, i have been phished through the premise of a job interview.thats definitely a new low from scammers but verify interviews they plucked my info from indeed and through that got my info, when I got suspicious (after it was too late) I called the "hiring company" (was a real company) and they said i wasn't the only one getting duped. Just finished my first year in audit. Recruiter reached out to me for a role with a 30% bump in salary. Total comp included it gets closer to 45%. I actually enjoyed my first year and especially being done with busy season now feeling pretty good.
