She’s not wrong. They are structured like a pyramid and their employees are always scheming
All corporations are pyramid schemes. Lower level people do the grunt work and partners reap the benefits
Pyramid schemes aren’t against the law.
But Big4 Audit is basically one big conflict of interest.
It almost seems like the firms are hiring people and then selling hours for more than they cost and making profit in the difference.
What are you talking about? You either don’t understand our business or don’t understand a pyramid scheme.
Silly, the work load is structured as a pyramid, but not the same as a pyramid scheme.
She's a keeper! She's a smart one. 😍 See? The Big 4 think they are diamonds while BDO, GT, and RSM think they are aspiring diamonds 💎 (but in fact emeralds) and others think they are rubies trying to be diamonds. Alas, they don't know the they all are just crumbs of the bread of that gets eaten by a giant.
For those that don’t understand, that’s MLM-talk, it’s Amway or Mary Kay or something where you reach different levels based on recruitment and maybe sales
PwC doesn’t care
It’s a reverse funnel
Ya prob because they make employees work so many damn hours and no overtime. And then they even use employees for recruiting and ish... soo ya I guess it could be like a pyramid scheme!
I can see that perspective but what’s the solution then?
My husband and I used to joke about the firms being a pyramid scheme.
What organization isn’t shaped like a pyramid lol
