After 25 days of rigorous follow up got my offer letter with location changed , I have few questions from the recently joined folks


1. After joining in how many days do we receive laptop

2. Is it mandatory to join office from day 1, i actually want to wfh from my native in initial 2 weeks and than come to Hyderabad (base location)

3. Most of the IT companies have Christmas breaks and client on leave during end of December, is it happening in Accenture as well?

I have got offer letter from pwc sdc (bangalore) my joining date is 6 th june.
I have not recieved any confirmation regarding laptop delivery,Wfh or wfo.
I have asked from my HR so ge mentioned please be ready,You MAY need to work from office as per business requirements.
And my colleagues who have been hired through same process have got mail already regarding laptop delivery and wfh.
I am confused 😕

How is the WFH policy at TIAA.
1) Have they started calling back people to office?
2) Once the office resumes do we have the flexibility to WFH if we like?

Anyone working two corporate jobs at the same time? Contemplating staying at the current employer while accepting a new role until the year-end bonus (12/31). Both roles remote for a foreseeable future. Putting on average ~18 productive hours per week in a current role, so I should be able to add 30-40 more for the next few months.

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
