Now I joined it and again having client interview. What happens if I don't clear that interview?

Do they later assign to different tech stack which is available? Or kicked out since I'm in probation?

My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

How does everyone bill for family law matters? Do you always bill hourly or is there some flat fee, monthly or quarterly fee structure that could work, even in contested matters? I have cases that the clients end up spending $20-$40,000 on a contested divorce and this is really out of their budget. I feel that if my firm could charge a flat fee of $10-$15,000, it would still be beneficial from a client predictability and volume standpoint and would generate more referrals.

I have only few more weeks to my LWD. I attended interview for 5 companies all cleared, but only 1 offer in hand, which I am not satisfied with. Others never came back with salary negotiation/confirmation. They just ask the expected CTC and never get back with update. It's a painful wait and demotivating. With 2.4 years experience in Big Data domain with AWS native. Getting 8.3 fixed + 10% variable with Deloitte where current CTC is 4.75. Have offers from other MNC like Accenture /IBM of 10 fixed. Shall I continue with Deloitte assuming career growth as a part of big 4 or continue with Accenture or IBM.
