After joining Google, how long we have to wait to take maternity leave? Is there any policy in google that if i join and after 1 month only I have to go for maternity leave so is it allowed?

At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.
