After seeing so many bad reviews I thought of posting. worked in 4+ companies before Lilly and already spend 5 years here. It is one of the best organisation to join in my opinion. yearly average hikes are 12% and above for most employees and bonus multipliers have been above 1.1 and have reached 2.25 this year. Most employees working in Lilly have stocks worth 10L- 70L. every year company has given stocks to employees from last 5 yrs. No limits to growth. Promotions usually mean ~25% hike.

Is flexi bucket part of monthly salary? Or do we need to claim it as part of monthly expenses?

I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. I want to ask for a 20%raise, knowing that the company is planning the year budget around now should I give my manager a heads up as to what I’m expecting before my salary review? I got a 0.6% raise at the start of 2020 and a 4% in April this year. The raise this year came with the title of “Lead” and more work responsibilities, talking with a co-worker we now make about the same amount. I started working here right out of college (10 years).

Is it normal that work life is so stressed? There is no relaxed time, no time to breathe and not a day when 9 to 5 looks normal? This is how agency is or is it something up with my team?
