We are looking to restructure our marketing team (B2B IT services) and one of the questions I have is: how does recruitment marketing / employer branding fit into the marketing team?
Over the last year EB and RM have become increasingly larger parts of our team’s work, but it’s not part of the marketing commercial targets (just helping recruitment meet their targets). Are they completely separate in your company? Or part of the team and if so how?

I’m on an engagement with another associate. I’m fully booked (upwards of 60 hours a week every week of July), while the other associate hasn’t had billable hours for the last 3 months... engagement team has some changes they need to get pushed through to the wps, and I’m the better choice to push those updates (have more experience in wps and just better in general). But the other associate has availability and just gets paid to do nothing. Should I bring that up to someone? How and to whom?
