am interviewing for job at mckinsey, round 1 (consists of two interviews)… i didn’t ask a key background q on the case and bombed- i got all in my head about the math and messed up, etc. My feedback up to now however has been very positive from recruiter. Is it acceptable/ worth it to reach out to the recruiter to acknowledge the mess up? I still have one more interview to go this round so hopefully i’m able to recover…

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?

i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?
