An Interview question. Why Deloitte over PwC in technology consulting? Trying to find answers..

With everyone seeming to be “hiring” I’ve had job interviews with various firms: EY, Plante Moran, Doren Mayhew, Rehmann, to name a few..
Apparently I just suck at interviewing, or the firms in my area are not hiring. 🤦

Cleared interview rounds of two companies and put down my paper and now none of them have given offer letter. One of HR is sayibg they will give it on my last working day Another one is not picking up my call. Now I do not have a job in hand. Due to this stress I am not able to crack any interview now or study better. Can any one refer me in their organization for QA position pls. I need a job as soon as possible

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I was an SM2 vested in the pension plan (I worked in DTTL for 7 years ending 2013) and want to find out what my actual benefits will be and at what age.
